Section 24
Responsibility
: Before the establishment of the Institute, the work mentioned in this Act is considered to have been done by the Government of Nepal or with the Government of Nepal as far as the obligations and contracts and leases allocated by the Government of Nepal on behalf of the Institute are done by the Institute or with it or on its behalf.
